BTTV

BTTV is a Linux driver for TV tuners with the BT848 and BT878 chipsets created by Gerd Knorr. The driver is currently available in the kernel source tree, or from Gerd's website.

There are currently two active versions of BTTV, the first is the 0.4 tree which is part of the 2.4 Linux kernel tree and supports the old V4L API. The second version is the 0.9 tree which is a part of the 2.6 Linux kernel tree and supports the newer V4L2 API.
